All prices are quoted in Euro and are inclusive of 23% VAT.

Orders shipped out of Europe are not charged VAT, this is deducted at checkout.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.  We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price for the products on the website is wrong.

Company gift certificates may be used only for purchases on www.baressential.ie.

Baressential Ltd is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates or for use without your permission.  They are not for resale. Receipt of a Baressential Ltd gift certificate does not automatically guarantee purchase of any item. Gift certificates have no expiration date; however, Baressential Ltd may amend eligible purchases and locations for redemption with appropriate and reasonable notice by updating the Gift Certificate terms and conditions at www.baressential.ie/terms-and-conditions. In the event of any such change, you may return the gift card for a refund of the remaining balance. Gifts certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for cash refund or exchanged.

A promotional coupon code and/or discount may not be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion or used before or after a promotional period.

We understand that customers are concerned about the security of their debit and credit card details. All your credit and debit card payments are made through PayPal’s channels, so we do not receive any of your credit or debit card details. All transactions are processed by PayPal and are done so under their supervision and security protocols. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within two to five working days. Thereafter, estimated postal delivery times are as follows:

Ireland: Please allow one to two working days Ireland (including Northern Ireland) after dispatch. We use Fastway Couriers to deliver so it’s recommended that you use a mobile number so they can arrange a suitable delivery time for you.

United Kingdom: Please allow three to five working days after dispatch.

All other EU Countries: Please allow five to ten working days after dispatch.

USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: Please allow ten+ working days after dispatch.

Rest of World: Please contact us for a delivery quote on kate@baressential.ie and allow seven to twenty working days.

Varies according to destination.

Please add 3-4 working days to the above estimates during the festive season.

The above delivery times and last posting dates are ESTIMATED and delays can occur after dispatch, which are out of our control (eg. customs delays, local road conditions, etc).

Baressential Ltd will exercise every reasonable effort to meet the requested dispatch date. Baressential Ltd shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.

It is important to us that the customer is always happy with both our goods and our service. Complaints are taken very seriously by Baressential Ltd and will be dealt with within 5 working days, although the majority of complaints will be corrected within a few hours. Please note that the Purchaser is also welcome to contact Baressential Ltd on any issue relating to their order on the contact telephone, or email listed.

Baressential Ltd main operating hours are from 9:30 GMT to 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday.

Should you decide that you wish to cancel your order you can do so any time after placing your order or up to 7 working days after you receive your order.

We will ask you to safely return the goods in original, unopened packaging at your own expense and we will then make a refund to you.  Please enclose the invoice or a note giving your name, address, contact phone number and order number (from confirmation email). Refunds will be made in accordance with your original method of payment and will be made without undue delay. If the goods are returned part used, incomplete or damaged, we reserve the right to make a pro-rata reduction in the refund offered.

Where the rejection of goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement.

Goods bought online cannot be returned to any Baressential Ltd stockist.
