We endeavor to dispatch all orders within two to five working days as all our products are handmade and made in smaller batches. Thereafter, estimated postal delivery times are as follows:
Ireland: Please allow one to two working days Ireland (including Northern Ireland) after dispatch. We use Fastway Couriers and An Post to deliver so it’s recommended that you use a mobile number so they can arrange a suitable delivery time for you.
United Kingdom: Please allow three to five working days after dispatch
All other EU Countries: Please allow five to ten working days after dispatch.
USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: Please allow ten+ working days after dispatch.
Rest of World: Please allow seven to twenty working days, varies according to destination.
The above delivery times and last posting dates are ESTIMATED and delays can occur after dispatch, which are out of our control (eg. customs delays, local road conditions, etc). Please add 3-4 working days to the above estimates during the festive season.
If you have not received your parcel in this time, please check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding the parcel for you. Should they not have your parcel, please contact us at kate@baressential.ie
We advise that you ensure that someone is onsite to accept delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to any P.O. boxes. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
If ordering a gift, we can send the gift directly to the recipient. If you do use a different shipping address, we generally would not put in the payment slip with the gift, we would email you your payment slip for your own records unless you advise us otherwise.

VAT at 23% is included in the final price for all orders delivered to an address within the European Union (EU). If you ship to an address outside the EU, sales tax will be deducted at checkout baressential LTD is VAT registered in Ireland.
For international orders, shipping costs shown on your order do not include any duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by governments outside Ireland. These costs may vary and are your responsibility as they are not within the control of BARESSENTIAL. Please note that the value of your order(s) will be listed on the outside of your package for customs purposes.

Import duties, taxes, and related charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
